Since he owns the house prior to them meeting, then should they still get married she still doesn't have claims to the house. If during the marriage he goes to get the deed on the house changed to have them both listed then when she reinitiate her “kick ʼem out the house”program, then and only then will she have rights to the home. Upon divorce the ownership will be 50/50. That's when they will have to decide how to manage that asset with both owning 50%.
