Braid idea for you: Maybe a waterfall braid? That way you can still have a braid without having it pull too much away from your face and the curls!

My wedding was a disaster so my husband are planning on having a vow renewal if we can work past a lotta our sh*t lol. This kinda is getting me back in the mood of wedding! I had to plan ours all by myself and it was not a fun process. Makes me want to sit back, relax, and Pinterest wedding things until we want to have a vow renewal in a couple years ❤️ I’m so excited for you and I’m so happy you’ve found your person now!!! Ahhhhh okay so while this is super fun, as someone who works at a bridal shop, we ask brides to actually *not* do a full face of makeup. This gets on all of the dresses and ruins them pretty quickly. Plus, you're very likely going to get hot & sweaty, so it's not the best option.

Yes, that was my thought as well. I worked for 4 years in a bridal shop, as both a stylist and then in alterations. Cleaning all that makeup off is really a pain. At least take a something to cover your face, but trying on all those dresses is a workout and you come out looking a mess!

This is all so true. We had booked out elopement style wedding last year for 2022. Ceremony is family only so 25 people all up. But our reception is 50 people. All was planned and organised, it was the week before (31st July wedding) and I'm at work and hubby to be tests positive for covid 3 days before... I'd say having to rebook within a month and knowing all guests(family) are available to come. So far we have now changed the date twice...no more. I've had to find a new hair/makeup artist but thankfully all other vendors okayed. New date Sept 4th!!! Good luck with your wedding
