First of all, these effects would have been a lot better demonstrated on just a very basic track in a 4 beat loop instead of on sine/saw waves (very rarely are you ever going to have a track with straight sine/saw waves and so this isn’t a very good demonstration) second of all, the crush sound colour effect doesn’t do the same in both directions, clockwise adds a high pass filter and anti clockwise adds a low pass filter. Lastly, turning the sound colour effect anti clockwise when on noise mode does not “give you a more bass heavy noise”, instead it starts off high pitched and progressively gets lower whereas turning it clockwise starts off low pitch and progressively gets higher :)

In Slip Roll mode, the loop is triggered and played as soon as you press the Roll button, but the track continues to play in the background. When you release the button, the track will return to the position it would have been in if the loop had not been triggered. This mode is useful for adding loops and fills to a mix without disrupting the flow of the track.

FYI, Low cut & High pass are the same thing. High cut = low pass, Low cut = high pass :)

I always use sweep (counter clockwise), kind of like the tran FX. Would you say that’s a fair way to describe it?

Is there any point in investing in a 900 nexus now? Big money for something that has been out for years now.

When you test roll and slip roll on a track, you'll notice the difference! With roll the track will stop until you stop the roll, with slip roll the track will continue.

You should have used each effects on different genre music and show what the effects are adding to eat.I also wanted to see how to use the effects in a more creative best way.

It changes the effects sound, you can really make the echo squeal if you keep turning it left

Why do you only have 3 decks?
@lustforlow-end60222 жыл бұрын
@ Daniel Walker he most likely can’t afford a 4th deck. That’s close to £10,000 worth of equipment on the table
