We need about 4500 mg of potassium daily. Potassium removes sodium. 1 banana has about 400 mg of potassium. We need a balance of electrolytes. Pink salt is good because it has about 80 trace minerals we need and there were no ocean plastics where it is mined. Sea salt today they find micro plastics in it.

@@tinah5086 Years of study (before internet) never compared to what Dr. Eric. Berg tells us. I was having bad muscle cramping in my back. My doc just wanted to give me muscle relaxers. Dr. Berg mentioned the potassium and magnesium and sodium. 3 days of potassium vitamin pills and the cramping was gone. Muscle relaxer did nothing. Berg heals with nutrition not pharma.

WGT, do not be concerned about the scale you're changing fat into muscle. Everyone hits a plato, and then weight loss may slowly drop. That is normal. You are doing a good job. Success is now and in your future.👍

Remember as you workout your muscles will condense which results in heavier wieght. Yes need the cabbage soup recipe. I need v some alternatives. By the way your completion is more radiant. I see the v results of your hardwork. Keep going 💪

@dennisoneill3034 thank you 😊. 1 head of diced cabbage. 2 stalks diced celery. 1 large diced onion. 2 cans stewed tomatoes. I can/box beef broth. A few cups of water and beef bouillon. I use better than bouillon paste. 2 lbs chuck roast diced up and sautéed before adding to soup. I usually bring it to a boil then reduce to a simmer for 2 hours or until the meat is tender. Can also used 2 lbs ground chuck browned and drained. Add pepper to taste. Shouldn't need salt if use bouillon
