I have wax on the front of a 1969 Topps baseball card I’d like to remove. Would you suggest the wax the same way you used it on the back of the Isiah Thomas card? The wax on mine is on the FRONT, not back fyi. Thanks!

Does the Isiah Thomas still look good? I have a bunch of the exact same year cards with the same problem. I just ordered some polish and hopefully it works this well on mine!

Kurt thank you! I have been having issues with that corner. Slowly slowly coming unstained. I don’t want to soak this card because it is near mint no doubt.

I love watching you work your magic, and love the play by play. Hopefully you haven’t answered this question a ton, but I’m curious: 1. How long have been using your spray and polish? Do you still own any of the original or early cards you worked on to know there are no long term effects with your products? Thanks!!!

I’ve been working with these blends for probably 14 years around 2010’ish is when I started making stuff more and more. It’s not something that goes away or gets worse over time. But that’s a good question. I make these formulas and the base of both the spray and polish evaporate 100%. It wouldn’t be a good idea to make something that stays on the surface. That could definitely go south.

Anything regarding PSA stopping the card restoring process?

No, all they say is they don’t condone it and they can’t detect it. So I’m not really sure what that means for them. I’m hoping they’ll be a little bit more open-minded since so many collectors like to clean and restore cards. I sent them a message.
