"We just don't know" was one of the most honest things I've heard in a long time.

All I know is I can’t afford another hurricane. I’m a pecan farmer and the last hurricane took over half of my VERY GOOD crop. Because it was very good, I still had some left. If it takes the rest I am f*^%

They’re frustrated that there’s nothing to talk about - bad for rating. Next step is to start rerunning video of past hurricanes.

@@stevenmorrison4692 I just think depending how far south the disturbance is might be a factor. Or if it moves as slow as Hurricane Sally did. I know the waters off Pensacola are 8 degrees cooler. We'll see

@@SunCoastFilmscooler water is better right? The Cat 1 we just had was supposed to be a tropical storm at worst. It registered as a Cat 1 and did the dam damage of a Cat 5.

First we started chasing storms off the coast of Africa after the 2004 Hurricane season, and know we can predict where a storm might form 7-10 days out and we have no idea if or when it forms and where it might actually go, but we like scaring people so you can be informed, btw check back with us, smh.

With the potential to affect millions of people, it's certainly reasonable to be concerned & hopefully prepared.
