**** 🤓Answer will be posted in 48 hrs. 🤓Answer: I think it could be used for a lot of things … but the closest answer I could come up with is a Warner Wallpaper Trimmer Cutter. I'm gonna try to do these every Wednesday! Some will be tough some will be easy... I am doing these strictly to showcase all the " What the heck is that"? things we run across. My grandfather had something like that and he cut wallpaper in a straight line with it. I was just a kid, so never used it, I just know he had it and it kinda looks like that.

I Google lens’d it. It’s a wallpaper trimmer. But like someone else said, it looks like a tailor’s tool for cutting fabric. I’ll bet people used it for that too, or a similar shaped device. A popular brand for this was Ridgley.
