It's considered Rare for turkeys to live a full 8 years. She's a testament to what great care you took of her. Despite her habit of raising so many babies, sometimes cooking herself in the process... She lives to the rare old age of 8 years old. The geese will settle. They're a smart enough bird that they do mourn the loss of a flock member. Give them a few weeks and they'll quiet down ❤

Maybe a daily filled kiddie pool in the back area would make the geese happier. They need water to bath and clean their beaks especially when eating. Maybe that is why they were protecting the water source. Just an idea. 😊 Oh and your silver stripe is super cool!!❤❤❤

Kiwi had a lovely life and I hope her ‘geese-children’ (goslings sounds weird when they are fully grown) will calm down over time. Animals do grieve so hopefully they stop being so aggressive. I love the udder updates.

I used to be similarly allergic to cats, but the more I spent time with them the less I reacted. Now I have 2 cats that sleep with me every night and I have zero reaction. You can build a tolerance as long as it's not a dangerous allergy.

Our geese are getting ready for breeding season. Our male is being extra moody and putting himself between me and his girl. Keep breeding season in mind. Ganders get very territorial lol. Rip Kiwi such a good mama.

RIP in turkey heaven, Kiwi, where there is no Thansgiving & everyone is a vegetarian, & there are loads of baby chicks to raise! Kevin, just rename the place "Many Gates Farm" so you don't have to keep changing the name when there's a new gate! I outgrew my deathly cat allergy (I'd sneeze until I almost couldn't breathe!) completely! I don't know how, but about in my 30's I noticed that cats no longer made me sneeze! So there is hope for Lydia!

I don’t remember when it was exactly. And I might be off a little with my memory. But I remember there were times when you would do like a KZbin short, telling that a goat is in labor. I don’t remember specifics or anything. But doing a short, and keeping people guessing until an actual video might be fun. Stay awesome. ❤

I LOVE the udder updates! Not only is it fun to watch them “pop”, and be expectant for babies, I also learned what to look for in the goats we used to care for when they kidded! ❤ yes to Udder Updates and when kidding updates when mamas are in labor. ❤️Could you please list out who’s due and when?
