And that's the Neutral ending! To complete a True Pacifist ending you need to do a Neutral Ending. Even if you don't kill anyone, reaching the final door after Photoshop Flowey fight, it's still called Neutral ending. If he didn't kill anyone, that Neutral ending is called Family ending
