Idk why I was watching the Carolina and saints game, but a couple things I noticed that hopefully gets picked up on stats vs film: 1. Taysom Hill was the clear #2 back. It looked like he was the preferred option in short yardage situations, which may mean that he is the goal line rb, but that might be me reading into it too much. Hill was basically pulled halfway through the 3rd because they were up by so much. 2. Carolina is just bad. I had hope for Bryce young, but his first quarter was brutal. That being said, the saints D looked legit. So idk which way you want to swing it. 3. Olave had a couple of catches that were called back for flags. If I remember correctly, there were 2 10+ yard gains in the first quarter that got called back. 4. Even though diontae Johnson had less targets than legette, the first quarter and a half seemed to be predicated on establishing a connection between Johnson and young, where Bryce young did not look up to par. 5. Saints look like a really good play action team, making me think that Olave and shaheed are gonna be in for some big games. That being said, they played Carolina.

Those draft grades are about the most useless thing in existence. I've been in a 12-team work league for the past 9 years, I get a D-F almost every season, I've finished 2nd 5 times and won the league twice. It gave me another D this year and I blew out my week 1 opponent who had one of the A-B grades in the draft. I always take those with a grain of salt.
