Lifting weights is the most important thing a woman can do for her health! I would advise hiring a weight trainer to get you started. They can help you do the right exercises correctly so you don't hurt yourself. I've just found your channel and I respect what you've done! I'm considering the challenge. 😄

Love your videos! While my October goal is not a step goal (try to do 10 k steps as it is) but to do alternate day fasting thru October. I had great success with it in the past but stopped, went back to eating what I did before I lost the weight, and here I am, 50 pounds away from goal. So keto/carnivore with ADF for me this month.

I think for me the scale is important as I would fall off and gain gain gain I rather gain2-3 pounds and losing the same 2-3 pounds then gaining 10-20 lbs

The scale has such power for us all and mine has been stuck also so how I just weigh once or twice a week. I love this challenge! I’m trying to focus on steps too. There must be something in the air with all of us being “stuck “ lol Maybe fasting has messed up our metabolism? I have heard the same issues from many many women. Curious to know if anyone else feels this way or read any research ? Thanks for your transparency and motivation Stephy❤

I bought a juicer a few days ago. I have a lot of inflammation, so I’m tired of looking at it, and dealing with it. I’m doing an extended juice/smoothie/veggie soup/with some nuts diet for as long as I can. I think the body keeps the score as they say, so if you’ve had a lot of loss, trauma, and physical ailments then it stays trapped in the body. :( So, I need to break myself down, to build myself back up again. Amen? 😊 I’ll be continuing to walk my dog every day, so that’s at least 500 steps. Haha! 🤗 And how about I say “I’ve had enough!” Lol!

@@IncredibleShrinkingStephy Hey. Sorry I haven’t been posting lately! You prob thought I died from the juice fast. 😂I’m just in the middle of moving, so yea. Time is limited, but I’ll catch up on your videos. :) I did the juice/smoothie/veggie fast for 6 days, and didn’t have the incredible results that everyone else has. Some people lose 15-20 lbs in a week! Not me, of course! I think I lost about 3 lbs, but not enough to keep going with it for now. I might pick it up later again tho. Seems like I need to do the low carb/no carb life for lipedema. Sigh. Oh well. I’m still down 12 lbs for the year, so I’ll take that and run with it! So frustrating weight loss over 50! Ugh, 🤦♀️Stay warm up there! 😊☕️🍶
