Week 31 on Contrave

I have been trying to be consistent on working out and eating appropriately and it has been paying off this week. I am down to 166 and praying to hit 165 by the end of the week!

You look amazing! I just started Contrave july 20th and went for my 3 month check up last Thursday and I was down 21 pounds. I weighef myself yesterday just curious because I started a cleanse liquid only routine monday. I am down another 4 pounds! I love seeing these stories of others who lose weight on contrave. 😊

I was on taking contrave to I went from 215 to 182.4 I have a long way to go it works the nausea is hard my doctor gave me it to try I also take care of children I told my doctor at so point in my life I want to have a baby she told me you can’t be on contrave when you want to have a Baby that’s tough too contrave works

I was wondering how big your contrave pill is, mine was so big I couldn’t get it to go down my throat 😀let only take four a day! Are there different sizes of the pill and did you have this problem?

My pill is only about the size of a a little bit larger of an ibuprofen. It really isn't large at all. Mine is round and is 8mg/90mg. I haven't had any issues swallowing the medicine. Have you tried putting it in yogurt?

Do you strugglewith binge eating? If you do, has contrave helped?

Hey Lexis, Not so much Binge eating. But SOOOOOO SNACKY!!! I would eat something sweet and then want something salty to go with it. I could top off a bag of chips and dip just because I liked the taste. I had such a hard time turning down foods because I loved the flavor of them. I can say the Contrave has helped dramatically with that. We get people at work bringing in cookies and donuts, and I can turn them down easily.
