I say " Pomegranate Green Orange Salad " ...Thank you I love the taste of the Orange green salad and the little Pomo's They are a sweet crunch surprise to it. I made this and it's so tasty and healthy. Iam on my 14th bladder and kidney cancers and this dish have me a pep in my step , love your channel thank you God Bless☺

That orange salad reminds me of an Italian classic, but they do it with walnuts and black olives instead of beets, farro and kale (and they also eat it with taralli, a kind of dry bread). I'll absolutely give a shot to yours (maybe shredding the beets and mixing them with carrots), seems fantastic!

On the subject of shrimps, I love eating them but I can't get fresh shrimps where I live so I buy them frozen. For some reason they always have a really strong fishy flavour and smell, that's rather unpleasent. Any idea what might help with that?

check where the shrimp are coming from. I NEVER buy shrimp from China -- or Thailand, because they are bottom feeders and the waters there are so polluted. I bet is is why they have an unpleasant odor. You pay more for seafood fished and frozen on the west coast of America but there is a HUGE difference!!!
