Loving this series, I love how much attention you pay to flavour rather than just focussing entirely on being super healthy!

Maybe a weird question: what do you do with the food afterwards ? Each member of the team take some home? Eat it together? Give it away? Other? Always wondered while watching food yt channel...

I know I would ask to take some home! ;D

I tried the maple-Dijon chicken and it was really yummy. I had to use honey because I was out of maple syrup. Thanks!
@mushpouch5 жыл бұрын
if u don't have kimchi, you can make simple version of it. 1. Chop chinese cabbage. (sliced cucumber is good too.) 2. Combime sugar (or corn syrup), fish sauce (or soy sauce), minced garlic, chili powder. 3. Mix all of them and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Do it just before you eat, cuz this one is closer to salad. (if needed, salt cabbage for 15 minutes and rinse that before the recipe. The less water is the better.) Adding some vinegar, chopped onion (or chive) is good refreshing.

I will be the envy of the whole office :) I love that all your ideas are so fuss-free but flavourfull, you motivate me to cook even when I'm super tired and would otherwise just live on toast and hard-boiled eggs ;)

Made the Korean Inspired Beef for dinner last night! It was delicious, had to improvise with frozen spinach! Today thought well let's try taco chips browned in the oven throw the meat on top with cheddar cheese. Didn't have tomatoes, so mixed salsa and ranch dressing! I think once I have everything fresh to throw on top might be the best idea for Nachos! During this Covid 19, just saying! Stay well everybody

You can first take the egg out, reheat the box and then put the egg back in and let it set for a minute or 2 ;) this should warm it up without cooking it

I see that you always use fresh chicken, but how would you marinade with frozen? Thaw first and then marinade the next day?
@vickigsolomon12416 жыл бұрын
I add the marinade to the frozen chicken. It marinades while thawing. Sweet peas and Saffron has a good article. sweetpeasandsaffron.com/freezer-friendly-chicken-breast-marinade/
