Workouts for 6/30/2024 to 7/6/2024. Day 1 started off with axle strict presses with chains (+28lbs). Worked up to 166x2x5. Then band assisted pull-ups. Worked up to lbx2x5 at pin 17. Afterwards was 12" log incline bench presses with bands (+5lbs/+25lbs). Worked up to 207x2x5. This was followed by chin up holds. Did bwx32.44 seconds (12 second eccentric). Finished up with active shoulder hangs. Did bw+10x68 seconds (10 seconds relaxed). Day 2 started off with front squats with chains (+28lbs). Worked up to 250x2x5. Next was hyper extension holds with neck harness. Did bw+20&45x45 seconds. Followed by weighted planks. Did bw+53 for 60 seconds. Then side planks. Did bw for 60 seconds. Day 3 started off with farmer's walks (casual pace). Worked up to 250x2x50'. Then atlas stone loads (55"). Worked up to 285x5. Finished up with sled drags (60 seconds rest). Worked up to 245x5x100'.
