I had a feeling during this dance that Charlie would win.I can't come up with words to express how much I love this. I'll just sit here watch it a few more times while my jaw hits the floor. By the way Tommy wasn't just there as support he was outstanding.

I do not have dance knowledge, but know what I like and what I don't like. Tommy is brilliant and as you say the most consistant.What I feel won it for Charlie was coming up to his level in the final. She also strinkled that bit of magic in every dance. It's not Tommy's fault that he can always make things looks easy,it's Chalie's talent to hit it big at the right time.I will admit disappointment being a Lizzie supporter but pleasure that a Female won.

Yes I certainly agree with you over the series Tommy or Lizzie would have won.I disagree about females winning.Take strictly Come Dancing there has tradionally been a biasis against the beter femals dancers Rachel & Ali from both judges & public voting.That's why it was refreshing to hear Arlene supporting Lizzie.

In my personal opinion I think it would be easier for a girl to win because a lot of the time in lifts and things although the man may be technically doing a harder thing the girl will look better. I dont think Tommy got enough credit in this routine but Charlie was awesome. I think Lizzie and Tommy would have won if the whole competition process was judged but Charlie edged it on the final.

Charlie was put forward during the finals. She's a good dancer, but she still needs to work on her technique. Here they use her flexibility a lot, we know she can fling her legs! Tommy has been awesome every single week, in all different styles, he is a great lead (I used to do ballroom/latin, I can tell u that u can do nothing if the guy can't lead). Plus he's incredibly flexible for a man, look at his split behind Lizzie in his first dance of the night! I think Tommy should have won.

@stella172fr I disagree; I think Charlie deserved to win. I didn't watched the whole season 'cause I have no BBC, but what I've seen from her on youtube is just tremandous. I believe she has an amasing technique and she's much as an actrice too. Her solos were hideous, but honestly that doesn't really matter, 'because you don't have to be a good choreographer, to be a good dancer. After all I think it is also the title: FAVOURITE dancer, which doesn't mean she was truely the best....

I am a true fan of Tommy, but this time Charlie was clearly overwhelming: Tommy breathing was messed too much, he was late on the rythme, when he was on time there was a feeling that he wanted to hurry, lost his balanced many times, prepared too much for his poses; the transition need to be spontaneous and the moves after it slow and in control Overall this dance is great, but sadly the judges were right about Tommy

the music was nice, but I didn't like their dancing. they were to far apart. the first thing I learned when I learned to dance Tango, that you nearly 'sit' on each others legs... "don't let the pillow fall to the ground."

they are amazing dancers, but this is not tango!! is contemporary, with tango stylized music. Is strange that american coreographers can create the real style of this dance. anyway, they're wonderfull!
