I felt like this when I was pregnant with twins. I lost 9 pounds in the first trimester because I couldn’t eat, but the heavy morning sickness meant my hormone levels were high which was a good thing. It’ll get better, just take it day by day. ♥️

@@portialechuga8109 Honestly, it’s normal to feel that way. Your body is full of hormones and it’s working hard all day for that little baby. Don’t feel bad if you have to rest or feel sick. Just going to add this… I’ve gained close to 10lbs at 6.5 weeks. I was extremely lean prior and am not worried; you can’t really tell I’m pregnant. I suspect that those of us with a lower body fat percentage gain relatively more! My breasts have gotten larger and hips/ass a little wider in addition to a slight bump (like, can no longer see my abs kind of bump). I love the way I look even more now! Just want to reassure anyone out there who may have gained a little more; take that 2-3lbs with a grain of salt!

LOL same! I'm 15 weeks at this point and have gained 20 lbs. ☠☠☠ I did an early glucose test to make sure I don't have gestational diabetes (I don't!). So the weight gain is just me being really generous at meal times. 🤣🤣😂😂

Im reaching 8th week and so far haven't had any nausea or vomiting. And no aversions. Felt a bit tired at first but it went away when Dr adjusted my thyroid hormone up by 30% of my old dose. I eat only whole foods and I don't smoke nor drink alcohol at all. And I eat no sugar and no gluten and of course no processed foods or juices of any sort!! . I like animal meat and fat. :-) some vege and fruit. People laugh at me for that but I like it and it works for me.

I'm 23 and I'm 7 weeks 3 days today with my first baby , this video definitely helped me with some concerns I've been having, i keep getting cramps but I've had no blood or spotting accompanied with them. The cramps can last a few minutes then stop when i move position , sometimes i can cramp up to 10 sometimes a day is that a normal amount ? Also congrats to all the mums and mums to be on here

Heavy lifting is perfectly safe in pregnancy. But only if it’s something you have done prior to pregnancy. I weight lift and do heavy weight training at my gym 5-6 days a weeks during pregnancy.

@@alanahusain4968 no I currently take Zofran every 12 hours just to not throw up. Without it I throw up non stop all day. And I still have bad days even w taking it I gag all day and burp all day throw up in my mouth all day but my doctor said that as long as I eat my basic calories a day and drink water thatI will be ok because the baby will not starve.

Definitely just go straight to a wireless crop. SO comfy. I'm still wearing mine since breastfeeding #1. With the bust changes you need something that is forgiving.
