Hi Diana, thanks for posting these videos. I also live in Canada and I am dealing with CCi as well. My experiences have been similar to yours. Good to see someone else here with similar issues. I think PRP might take a few months for full benefits, but good that you're seeing some positive results already.

Hi- I’m a new sub to your channel- I also don’t hold an atlas correction and my AO doctor sees that with patients who have issues related to jaw positioning/occlusion- whereby splint devices such as the tanner device which is a lower arch splint can work very well alongside an atlas correction and can be very effective to maintain atlas alignment for much longer periods. I’m going down this treatment path now and have spoken with many that use this splint device and some haven’t come out of atlas correction since using the splint device. Hope that helps

Did u try straight prolotherapy first? How was that for u? Did u do ur procedures in Canada?
@GundamRX-1 Жыл бұрын
I think u need upper cervical with CBCT image,they must be something that your Atlas wont hold,maybe it was c2 or even c3 not align yet. Prp or prolotheraphy is to tight the ligament that hold the bone,also u need a curve on neck.

Diana - thanks for the update, and that's awesome that you're seeing positives. If there's not privacy/or other reasons not to do so for you - it would be very helpful for people who watch this if you name specific doctors, clinics, meds, etc., I think (I know which doc/clinic you're talking about, just thinking of other people for future). Btw, do you have hEDS? I remember Dr. Centeno saying that PRP seems to be less effective for hEDS ppl and that he recommends PICL or Prolo for that population usually.

Thanks! Such a good change! I understand what you mean, but I won’t be sharing details re med info. I already share a lot here. I wouldn’t advise anyone to share specific names if they are still a current patient for safety! I do have hEDS apparently. My doctor mentioned that prp works for inside of joints for some people with Eds but not ligaments. Interesting!

@@ItsStabilityTime Regarding giving docs/clinic/med names: do you mean like if someone would share a bad review/experience that they can get mad at the patient or something to that effect? Also, so you hEDS (or at least suspicion), but PRP still worked for you for spinal ligaments? Btw - sound = much better, and full screen is good too! great job!

Thanks Oleg! For me, putting slot of personal info online doesn’t sit well with me. When people know where you live, your med info and even doctors it can impede on safety. Who knows who watches videos. Maybe j will post that info once I am fully recovered. Yes suspected hEDS by more than one doctor. But I’m doing really well with regen medicine so far. Everyone is different and hEDS is a spectrum of course. The prp did not help my main issues of bobble head, pots, choking etc. just being upright a bit more. I’m grateful prp helped me!

Hey ... Were the flares of prp much more than the prolotherapy ?
@ItsStabilityTime Жыл бұрын
Yes! The prp was injected into my co-c2, deep in the facet capsules and depose ligaments because I have tears there. Prolo was injected into the superficial ligaments below c2 including nuchal ligament. This did not help my main CCI issues because those injuries are above c2.

@@ItsStabilityTime you talk about leg weakness and collapsing in the facebook group after the prp , was it one of the flare due to injections too!?
