Liv!! You should try the kitsch dry shampoo for dark hair. It’s a powder instead of an aerosol so it’s much better for you and the environment. I find that powder dry shampoo works better for my fine hair too! 😊

Re: oil pulling. I first heard of it a couple or so years ago. I'm susceptible to thrush (yuck yuck yuck). The medicine prescribed for it is dis-freaking-gusting (yellow, thick, tastes god-awful like spoiled eggs). So when I had thrush again 2-3-ish years ago, I just didn't want to go to the doctor and also have that dis-freaking-gusting stuff. I researched for home remedies because what did they do before this stuff, right? Oil pulling was one option. Yeah, I'll try it. I used liquid cooking coconut oil. You swish it in your mouth for a bit and then spit it out. It. Worked. I can't tell you off the top of my head what else oil pulling can help with, but I was amazed and grateful.

There are so many part of this where the one liners had me in kinks! It was literally like listening to my inner dialogue.
