Working at a base in northern Iraq, I try to follow Canada eastern time zone but I also have to follow local time zone, so I wake up at 10am and hit the office around 11am which is a few steps from my room. Work on various task all day and into the evening until 8pm. I don't mind my current routine, it will be a big adjustment when I return to Canada.

This is great and I wish that were my situation, but it's not realistic for those of us trying to create content/videos and also work a 9 to 5. The struggle for balance is so real! Hello from southern California! This is only the 2nd video ive watched from you. But the similarly of our lifestyle - holy wow! I work in the freight industry. And work from home. Yes, i also start my mornings with iced Vietnamese coffee. I swear thats legalized liquid crack. So strong and addictive. Or when its cooler in temperature, i make espresso. Try hot tea, it offsets the strong coffee. My routine is work 6am to 12noon. Fast lunch. Usually something i pre-made from the weekends. Walk to the gym(only 15mins away). Back by 3pm. Quick snack. Either rest a little or prepare dinner. Usually dont cook M-Wed. Too busy. Cook so eat with GF. Get back to working with Asia when they come in about 5pm. Dinner break with GF around 9pm. She usually goes home by 11pm and its back to work with Asia for me. I usu3 work until 1-2am. But there are times i work until 4am. But im up usually by 6am. Its ground hog day for me M-F. Sometimes even work Friday nights and Saturday mornings. Im also loner. Love my solitude. No socializing on weekdays. Saturdays are usually spent go to market and cooking with GF. We sometimes have family or a few friends over for dinner on Saturdays. At these gatherings, i dont like small talks. I love deep conversations. I loose interest very quickly in small talks
