I moved from London to Cornwall 5 years ago, and went back this weekend for a wedding. I realised I had no appropriate clothes any more. Everything I own is chilled, beachy, bohemian. And like you said, I was suddenly aware of nails, hair, outfit. It was nice being in that bubble for a weekend, but I’m very glad to be back in my slouchy jumper and stretchy pants. ❤

I'm from London so I understand that city life can be very judgemental but in all honesty if you don't care about what others think life is much easier. Love the videos btw 👍

I can 100% relate to feeling like you need to be something else when you go to a city. I now live in Cyprus, and people don't care what you wear, or how you look (although depends where you live in Cyprus). Every time I go back to the UK I feel like I need new clothes, and I need to present myself differently. I also don't feel as comfortable with going out in trackies and a baggy top like I would when I'm at home. It's a strange feeling, and I just have to remind myself that when I'm in the UK this is not me, and I'm being influenced by external sources, and not to think I have to change.

My teeth have also been a big insecurity of mine. I had braces when I was a kid but I didn't get a retainer afterwards. I felt SO insecure because they also changed back to how they looked before. I saved up for getting fixed braces again, it was painful and annoying for 2,5 years but I got them removed in December last year and I couldn't be happier!! :) So, if you wanna do it, you definitely should! And btw, your teeth look amazing right now! :) As I already mentioned in a comment a few videos back, they look soooo white and that's imo way more beautiful/important than having straight teeth!

The eyebrow situation… you have amazing eyebrows! But you have to trim them in order to brush them up or else they will look too feathery ❤
