Hi Sierra 😊 As someone who experiences selective hair loss due to several different factors, here are some hair tips! -don’t pull or tug on the hair around your thinning areas…this means no braiding it, pulling it into ponies, or yanking with a brush/comb -lay off the heat in general except for on special occasions when you want to have it styled differently -straight rosemary oil drops in a carrier oil, like castor (put it in a dropper and apply anywhere on the scalp you want and let it sit for at least 20 mins before washing like normal) -hair, skin, and nail vitamin gummies ARE. IT. 👏🏼 stay consistent with them and you’ll see a difference in hair texture -keep your scalp clean and hydrated 💖
