I remember panicking at the end of my last year of Nursing (4 years at university in Spain) because I would have full responsibility of my patients for the first time. But we nurses adapt so quickly to any enviroment. I always tell the new grads that work with me that you know more than you think and every day you will feel more confident, like you said, we have all been there, and whoever says otherwise is lying. Keep going💖💖💖
