Coming from someone who’s worked in the dental field for more than 3 years now, brush your teeth gently!! 😅😅😂 I know it seems like that method works but using a soft or extra soft bristle toothbrush and brushing just enough but not abrasively so you’re not breaking down your enamel layer on your teeth! The thinner your enamel is (the white coloring part) the less you’ll be able to whiten bc naturally the under layer is yellow and you can’t grow the enamel layer back once you lose it!! Just fyi Kaleb 😂

Wow there is no coincidence that I clicked on this video in particular. I was drawn to it. Can’t explain it. But I had been on the fence about a missions trip my church is going on in July and it’s something I’ve been praying about. Of all places, the first thing I noticed was the frame above you. The destination of the Missions Trip, GUATEMALA.

You ideally don’t want to brush super hard, because it tears off/ recks I think the enamel (if I remember the name correctly). It really depends on how hard you do it, but it will make your teeth white, but it can do what teeth whiteners do if you’re not careful and do it to hard. I have a friend who is older and has sensitive teeth due to likely brushing to hard (although you can’t for sure proof that). Anyway just thought I’d give a heads up 👍

Love your content 💕 A few delicate clothing tips I’ve learned over 20 yrs: 1. After wash place item in dryer for 5-10 mins and then hang and let air dry. Gets out wrinkles. 2. Get a hand held steamer (I have a multi-purpose Shark floor/fabric steamer but can get a smaller travel size). 3. If you have to use an iron put on very low heat and place a hand towel in between the layer. Please don’t take offense but You are so beautiful and do not need all that makeup. Get a light tint and show off that healthy skin. 🧏🏻‍♀️💃🏻 Invest in an essential oil diffuser and run Tea Tree, Eucalyptus and Lavender (I use young living) for congestion before bed. I’ve used this method for 20ys and 3 kiddos.

When it comes to ray bans (real or dupes), I've noticed that many people on KZbin/Instagram/Tik Tok are into round, hexagonal, oval and/or irregular shaped pairs these days, but not aviators, wayfarers or clubmasters. Does that mean I can't wear aviators, wayfarers or clubmasters? Just asking for advice.

You can wear any style of glasses you like. 😊 I have a pair of sunglasses that are almost 20 years old and still are stylish. You don't have to keep up with what the influencers wear.
