Intro isn’t annoying but it is loud compared to Tom’s voice. That aside, I really REALLY love these videos, I have my morning coffee with these vids before the work week starts! Very helpful and I feel like I’m kept in the loop

Yes, not balancing volume throughout is very frustrating. On my mobile, I am raising and lowering volume several times on this video and many others.
