love your videos more and more!! idk how you do it , I can only handle 2 outings a week and that includes appointments 😂 I was also wondering what you do to get your dogs energy out so that they're not bothering you during busy times like these!! I have 5 dogs ( 3 of them were accidents that I couldn't give up ) and take them on a walk 2-3 times a day so that I don't feel bad 😅

Love your videos and I’ve been watching them since like 5 years ago and love to see all the transformation☺️ I know you have been TTC and also with this video I remembered you do intermittent fasting. I’m sure you have looked at it but I’ll give you the info I have just in case. There is a lot of research on intermittent fasting for long periods of time and women’s hormones. Because more than 15 hours of not eating stresses the body it can cause hormonal problems in the long term that could be causing you having troubles TTC, it’s just a possibility and you could test.
