every region is amazing, what I can suggest now is to start outside Madrid and then do Madrid on your last year as an aux!

Really enjoyed the breakdown of your first work week! I'm glad to hear your students are nice! How many years is the BEDA program? Can you renew every year or is this part of a grad school program?

Heyyyy! The BEDA program, you can do it for 4 years (alongside being a comillas uni student!) you still have to renew and do all the paperwork. Also, you need to pass the course to continue

are you allowed to talk in Spanish when introducing yourself? I feel like young kids especially wouldn't understand in english

Hiiiii, I always introduce myself in English. You need to establish that the very first day, the tendency is for kids to switch to Spanish if they know you speak it. It’s fascinating when they see you and automatically uses English. The main teacher is there to translate things! In Madrid, you’ll be surprised with their English!
