New subscriber here!! I am in school to become a vet assistant so I was wondering what you’re able to do as a vet assistant at banfield!!! Thank you in advance :)

Hi! Thank you so much for subscribing ❤️ As for the role of a VA at banfield you’re able to do a lot of things but I think it just depends on what location you’re at. At my hospital I’m able to do almost everything except cystos, intubating patients, extractions, suturing and handling any controlled drugs. Of course everything a VA does has to be under an RVT or DVM supervision 😊
