I really relate to what you said about getting overwhelmed by the different options of possible things to do, wanting to pick the “right” thing, and then getting stuck. I struggle with that a lot too

Horses are great indeed. They always make me happy no matter what. I need lists and structure too. Especially on the weekend when I don't work. Exercise helps a lot too...and crime stories.

Ella i am a horsey girl inside and out, and OMG seeing those beautiful horses, just made my afternoon. I was having a lot of anxiety. Im autistic and have adhd and i work on a horse stud and whenever its cloudy or rainy i cry from anxiety because there was this one time at work where i got sensory overload from the rain and water seeping through my very thin fabric gloves that i used to wear to work. (I wear leather gloves now), but it was also muddy and water + mud = sensory overload for me. It was so bad, but because i was at work, i had to mask that and had a meltdown as soon as i got inside the front door. So seeing those horses today in your video literally made me SO happy, i literally can't even tell you how happy seeing them made me. Thank you!!!!!!!! And keep being your beautiful amazing self! Love you!

I really love your energy and genuinely admire you, Ella. I'm going through a whole identity crisis trying to learn how to unmask around loved ones right now and listening to you speak uplifts my spirits and keeps me focused.

I really appreciated this. Both the lovely 'up' moments and the pragmatic 'down' moments. It's also so helpful to watch you purposefully re-contextualising struggle. Thanks so much! 💜💜💜

Thanks, Ella, for this down-to-earth and personal vlog. I think it's great you've captured every day for this week-long vlog. Especially when you've been so busy. I hope the new meds continue to improve the situation for you. And enjoy Portugal!!

I love your more personal, chatty kinds of videos. Thanks for being you and being honest and willing to share your day to day thoughts with us! It goes such a long way in helping me feel less strange and alone. ❤️

Thank you for talking about allowing yourself to eat whatever you ate earlier. Eating disorder recovery is hard. Please do another video with Roz at some point. I know it’s hard to organise but you’re amazing together.

I loved this vlog, btw also a portugal fan here, i went to portugal specially albuferia and it was my first and only holiday abroad so far, I recommend going to the waterpark called Waterwiorld or something like that, so many waterslides, the people we passed were really welcoming and nice, also hgihly recommend going on a speedboat trip on or during one of the last days in portugal as it's such a lovely finisher for a portugal holiday in my opinion, the scenery, the caves and the speed of just relaxing on the water is heavenly. Hope you enjoy your holiday in portugal

Love watching you 💜 you’ve helped me so so much by teaching me about autism and I relate to u so much Also does anyone know healthy foods that don’t cause sensory issues? I don’t eat any sweets or salty stuff so I’m struggling to find stuff

This is very relatable to me, being overwhelmed and like how you have given a very true, raw account of your day 2 day life and the mean comment left, it’s sad how humanity have got, the meds you talked about, I know there is different ones, my friend who has ADHD is on one type of meds and had side affects with hers, anyway great vlog 😊

I'm in the US. I've noticed many churches putting up inentional statements of where they stand on LGBTQ+ congregation members. It's an interesting split. Some clearly preach hate as a rule and some are explicitly welcoming, saying "we just ignore the biblical hate of lgbtqia and will be nice to you and let you be yourselves while worshipping our version of god and the tithes will be donated to Pride fest" and it's fascinating to see.

Muppets do Die Hard?? But it’s live..I’m on the wrong continent. :( One of our cats likes to be dried off with a paper towel when she comes in from the rain. She’s the autistic one, but that’s a sensory experience she likes.

I am sorry. People can be so mean! I was told to stay away from social media or other potentially negative stuff for the first half hour after waking up because our brains are more sensitive during that time. Might not be true. But it could help.
