Instead of melatonin try magnesium! The calm brand it is a life changer it makes you relaxed enough to get a good rest sleep . I had severe insomnia after I gave birth even with 10 mg of melatonin. For 7 months I'm now 11 months postpartum and magnesium is the stuff! Get it from Amazon it's cheaper. But central market has it Im sure other places do as well.

I really enjoy your vlogs Amanda and would like to share some advice: It would be amazing if you considered using more environmentally friendly alternatives, for example, when you guys get coffee or eat out. It is such a simple thing to do but makes such a huge difference on the planet. And considering how much coffee you get, it is so much plastic that you spend your money on.
