i’m currently on a 12 week cut till march! actually been enjoying the process however it has been hard to hit protein targets sometimes

I'm currently trying to gain weight and having a lot of issues with low appetite and getting very bloated with stomach issues on and off :( any advice on how to ensure I manage to eat enough, how to eat when I'm not hungry/bad stomach, how to increase my appetite and how to gain weight easier? thank you!!!

Do you take a probiotic? I’d really recommend it! Helps loads with bloating and digestion xx

but with eating - try to eat foods that aren’t too filling. Simple carbs etc to get the calories up. Try eating earlier too to spread your food out more 🤍
