They post the full WE segment every Monday. They break it apart into separate postings on Sunday (which really doesn't make much sense). A start recording/stop recording/post recording would take a lot less time than the effort to split it up. Oh, well, it's an unpaid intern, so they don't care... ;-)

I think this is more people who act busy but they're not really. Your finance manager was probably legit busy but the pain was self-inflicted. Heidi was pretending to be busy but not really but nobody questions her because she fakes it so well.
