This week, I meal prepped: 0 point turkey chili, 1 point corn muffins, proportioned all of my goat cheese for snacks, as well as made my eggs and prosciutto for my breakfast sandwichs, portioned out my turkey for sandwiches, and chopped my veggies. Love meal prep! Makes the rest of the week so much easier!! And gives me time to catch up on KZbin while I prep! Multitasking!! Lol

Does cooked prosciutto taste better than cold? I've bought those cheese wrapped prosciutto sticks and I didn't care for it.

Weight Watchers Journey to Healthy I didn't like it uncooked either. Cooked is much better, however it's still a bit salty for my taste. I think in the future, I'll stick to my favorite chicken bacon. 👍

I always enjoy your meal prep. Thanks for sharing. I do a light meal pep, I find that I don't really have enough room in my refrigerator to prep for the entire week. So I try and make things that i can freeze and have on hand. I have zero point turkey chili in the freezer and I keep ground turkey cooked and ready to add to a burrito bowl or a taco or a pizza. Sometimes I add it to my breakfast bowls

Thanks for the recipe for the cheesecake! I tried it but substituted the caramel flavoring for lime juice and zest to make it more like a key lime cheesecake!

Great meal prep. Can't wait to try the cheesecake. We don' have cheesecake pudding in Canada so I'm going to try using sugar free fat free butterscotch instant pudding instead of the cheesecake flavour? Wondering if anyone has tried it? My meal prep on Sunday was, hard boiled eggs, 4 salads of baby green lettuce mix, cherry tomatoes, shelled edamame, shredded carrots, dressing on the side, grilled chicken, snacks hummus & veggies, fruit salad

par boil your peppers first ..5 minutes in boiling water, drain and fill will cooker faster and taste better

It wasn't bad. It tasted enough like cheesecake to satisfy my sweet craving, but I do want to experiment with some different flavors. The texture was nicer than I expected.

Hi Jess, I made the curry dish. Delicious-I added some potatoes and carrots. Even with 4tbs of curry, the flavor wasn't very strong. I made mine in a crockpot. I took about four hours. What do you use. I know yours was ready very quickly.

I assess the food in my fridge on Wednesday and if it looks like we will have leftovers then I rearrange my meal plan to include a leftover night. I try to only prep what I will eat. And sometimes the boys eat what I’m eating also. Like this week there will be three of us eating that chicken.

I need to get some of those containers for meal prep and freezer cooking. Both I need to do much more of, especially salad stuff. I love salads but I hate to make them. Each meal prep bowl contains about one heaping cup of mixture. If I was making this with ground beef I would weigh out the entire mixture in grams and divide by the number of servings but since extra lean ground chicken is zero I wasn’t as precise.
