I adore The Secret Garden. It was one of my fav books as a child. I got to study it for uni last year which I enjoyed doing. Also your cat looks so adorable looking out that window 😂 and happy birthday to your niece! :)

Mollie Reads yep it was a fun module since a lot of the books I’d read as a child. It was great revisiting them. I’m more the dog person than a cat person but I have to admit that I love watching cat videos 😂

I'm glad you liked Furthermore. There's just something about Mafi's writing that I cannot connect with. I don't mind whimsy, but a ton of whimsy is too much for me. Someone suggested I try the audiobook and I might do that someday to see if I can get into it that way. Yay for another live show on Insta! It's so much fun!! I will be there for sure!

Matilda is such a good book and movie. Roald Dahl was my favorite author as a kid (besides Matilda I also loved Witches and James and the Giant Peach) and I also watched the movies all the time!! Such nostalgia. ❤️ I hope to be at your live show tomorrow!!

Hey Mollie,i only ever listened to one audio book,Bossy Pants by Tina Fey and it is Tina Fey that reads it all,the Matilda one could be cool,not read that book in years,i remember the movie and that was ok,i have a lot of long train journeys ahead of me next week because i need to work in a different office so audio books are perfect for a long boring train journey!
