I live alone so the smaller version would be perfect for me. It would help me to eat more raw vegetables and fruits. Seen some on amazon. I love that you have a salad bar in your home!!! So wonderful. I definitely have no space for it and lack the mouths to consume all that lol. My only dying question is…are the fruits and vegetables (grapes, blueberries, sliced mushrooms, etc.) being washed thoroughly before being added to the bar? Since it’s being taken out from the original bags from the market, I was just concerned about consumption of pesticides and dirt. I’ve been introduced to organic fruits and vegetable sprays when I had my baby and then I learned about the dirty dozen so now I really take the time to clean my produce thoroughly. Growing up, we cleaned until the water was clear, but that doesn’t get rid of reduce pesticides. I’m always sharing this knowledge with others/moms.
