He can afford to do that, most normal people can't. If you don't play as much and are not in a CE guild, you take what you get basically.

@@VersusAllOdds ehh..I only play 2 things, hunter and veng dh and I've taken a socket on both already. Hunter had myth track belt this week that would be worse than my heroic since it's stats suck and the second myth boss can drop belt. Think ahead instead of right now and you'll get better.

@@curtharakaly4620 i don't know why I'm responding but here goes... we might be playing a different game, i've just gotten KSM after a total on 28 finished keys this season, pugging 100% of them with 0 raiding, at an ilvl of 609. At this pace, it would probably take me months to stop getting upgrades from the vault and having the liberty of picking sockets. I don't know where you've been getting your loot, but in my position, even if i played 3x better, maybe i'd be only several ilvl higher, it would still take me weeks to start picking sockets. M+ gearing this season is horrible...

The difference that 1-3 sockets make is extremely minuscule. Most people aren’t filling their vault each week to put a socket on a piece of gear that’s replaceable. If all my gear is pretty good, I’m rolling my vault for off spec items

Do you think that speed gem might overdps the crit dmg one. Since dodging mechanics sometimes is annoying when you have to hardcast. Also you can stack it to 10% which is massive.

Picked up the fist weapon from Kyveza for my shaman and the rare neck fro. Sikran for my pally. Super hype. That fist weapon is so nasty and nasty looking. Rebuilt my entire mog to make a nrw one that works with it too. Reallh wish we could get some Ethereal armor.

I would have taken the heroic Mandate. That trinket does some insane overall damage in mythic+ if you use it every 60 seconds. Sometimes crits for 10m too.

I wish long term thinking was better this patch. I’ll be hard capped at 619 or so since our guild does not do mythic raiding and having to do +10 for mythic vault is bad game design. If this is a way to keep people out of harder content then it def has worked for our guild

How is it locking you out of harder content? 619 Ilevel is more than enough to complete a +10. Do what everyone else has done and do some untimed 10's for vault and crests and then you get more gear. I'm 620 ilevel without stepping foot into mythic raid and I haven't even looted this weeks vault. Granted, I did just spend a lot of gold and gilded crests on 2 crafted 636 pieces.
