Hi! Good to hear from you. I hope you get more energy and passion for doing things, filming etc. I'm feeling very tired as well, and also very frustrated because I'm not seeing my doctor until next year and can't get new medicine for my anxiety, depression and some psychosis symptoms . But as I said, I hope everything works well for you :) I also have some CBD- oil and I'm going to try it for my anxiety. Hope your dizziness is going away and you can start working out better again. I should too, but I just don't have the energy to do anything. Oh well :D

lol you can switch me weights, I've tried for years to hit 120, I'm only like 115. I also get dizzy while exercising, it's likely due to dehydration. I love your pikachu hat, I also want to get into blacksmithing, I've always wanted to be a blade smith. I hate those types of hallucinations that you catch out of your perifreal, it triggers my paranoia like crazy. Glad you're hanging in there, always a pleasure to see happy

I like working out and gaining muscle but I want to lose the fat I have ontop. There isn't alot of fat on me, just that stubborn last bit that adds that extra weight before the gain of muscle. Which is usually the fat on my lower abs.

I have been learning English and I started learning Korean language. I try to learn a Korean alphabet. It's quite easy but consonant sounds are too weak so I can't hear them very well so I can't pronounce them correctly but I will try to do it. 😞 I see my English getting better because I can understant you speech better. 😝 ☺️

We have so many similar symptoms! I was diagnosed a long time ago with bi polar. Not so sure now after hearing your symptoms . The hallucinations. The fatigue. Energetic sometimes . Dead weight other times. Like today after lunch. Could not keep my eyes open. I needed to drive home. Slow day at work. So went home and zzzzzz. Just no solutions. Having anxiety for a short time tonight. Out of the blue. No reason. You say everything seems normal. Then a hour later. No its not!. Very frustrating. I am older than you. 50s I don't think I matter anymore

Hi again Amanda! Does your psychiatrist approve of you taking CBD? If yes, maybe she could prescribe it. If no, it could interact negatively with your medications. By the way, lack of energy or will to do things is called "avolition", and it's a common symptom of schizophrenia. I need to lose weight too! Have a great day!

In Georgia, if its not proven to help with science they can't prescribe it to you. But my psychiatrist does support me taking my CBD since it shows to be helping me.

I don't want to sound pushy but my suggestion and I can go into the reasons why if you would like but even just looking at you I would say you have an infection in your middle ear on the right side which could very possibly be mastoiditis which has spread and especially if you have dental work which I think you've said in another video which is almost exactly my problem is well I noticed that antibiotics help with it a lot and getting rid of a lot of my symptoms especially with positive thinking being an optimist not a pessimist but you seem to be an optimist that mastoiditis in the ear causes a lot of those same symptoms and I bet you will start feeling tons better and a lot of your schizophrenic stuff will go away another way to double-check which I have noticed is thermal scans last time I had my catatonic symptoms I took a thermal scan of my head and proved that my skull was reaching 103 degrees because of a bone infection!!!! Again I'm not trying to be pushy I'm just trying to get information out there it's worth a check and it's a lot cheaper than your psychiatrist who you may not really understand what's going on!! Please get back with me I'm very interested I'm trying to prove this through my psychiatrists and my doctor as well every bit of information helps thank you.
