I’m a 50 yo mom of 2. My son is 23 and has just graduated from college and moved across the country for his 1st “big guy” job. My heart has been so proud and so sad at the same time. My daughter is 19 and is spending her last year in a community college here before transferring to university next fall. I know this is supposed to be a difficult transition time in life for moms and dads but I never realized how hard my heart would hurt and long for those little days back! Regardless, THANK YOU FOR ALWAYS inspiring me to remember to enjoy diving into God’s word with a purpose and enjoying the little things in life and the sweet friends around you that God has blessed us with! I'm a 60 year old divorced, single mom (last one graduates this year). I LOVE your content and have felt so inspired and motivated by you. I grew up in a rural area in Ohio near Amish and Mennonite families....and my grandparents were farmers. Their farm was my happy place. Amazing home cooked food and baked goods. I had used a basket for awhile, for a "quiet time bag". It is open and stands up, but has straps to carry---I kept books I was reading, my Kindle, journals and a crochet project in it. It was so nice to keep near me and I could take it with me if I knew I would be waiting and want things to do. I stopped do it at some point--so thank you for the reminder! I just put it together again! Thank you for all the great content.

You can substitute brown sugar for brown sugar and add either maple flavoring or a bit of maple syrup to the pecans for a much richer taste! So good! (I would omit the cinnamon, too, but probably would be good regardless!)

Megan, that roasted pepper Soup you got from Trader Joe’s if you cook that with quinoa and like you replace the water that you will use my second quinoa with that soup it taste amazing I highly recommend it and also I’ve also use that soup I’ve added like ground sausage chopped carrots and spinach and it makes a really like more hearty soup it’s amazing I love that stuff I love Trader Joe’s!
