I’m 35 and when I was your age my priorities and just way of thinking wasn’t anywhere close to where yours is. You’re a wonderful mother, you stand by your faith and beliefs and make your husband, family and home your number one priority. I’d say you’re leaps and bounds in the successful area.

also tell your kiddos what the weather was like the day they were born,what was blooming or what was producing in your garden ect.even though i'm shunned by my family for leaving the amish i still have many memories of my parents making comments about the day of my birth that will always be special to me.

Such a wonderful video and this Nana is so thrilled, and she will probably watch it again! I also loved it because it wasn’t short! So now you know I want this type again! Your children are adorable! Seeing the costume for Fletcher brought back memories of our little boy when he turned three. We gave him a toy chainsaw which made all the right noises along with a hard hat. We have a photo of him "trimming" the lemon tree with his Red Band gumboots (a New Zealand thing) which my sister put into a scrapbook. Such lovely memories.

Love your videos! You gave me a different perspective of the Mennonite culture! I always thought Mennonites sit at home and turn butter and grind the flour, and sew their own clothes…we are actually a lot alike! I’m a Slavic Christian and there are things that we do traditionally that are very similar to your culture… anyways love your cheerful personality!

There’s a coffee shop in my town that has a community library in the back and some of the best books I have traded out of there are the one’s about motherhood. megan, go to a walmart hair salon and buy you some Its a 10 brand keratin shampoo. I have a lot of hair. about 10 yrs ago, I had a bad surgery and I lost almost 50% of my hair. that brand of shampoo saved me. It's a little expensive but it will be worth it and you will see a massive difference. Your hair is basically Keratin. This shampoo is rich in it and no unnecessary bad things.

I'd say not to worry about it when it comes to stickers, it's up to the parents to guide or regulate that at home. When I taught Sunday school I gave them all the time and just said it right away that they needed to listen to their parents when it comes to playing with them. And I'd always let the parents know about it so they had a heads up before hand and then up to them how to handle it. I LOVE Alisa Childers!!! She is one of my go-to podcasters and apologists!
