I honestly like to use the app Nike run because you can choose a program adapted to your physical level and you can also choose to run with a coach to guide you. That helps me a lot because the coach keeps reminding you how to breathe, your posture, etc etc 😊

Running tips: *check out the 80/20 running method *each week- do one easy run, one interval run (usually shorter) and one long run *hoka clifton 8's are an awesome running shoe

Staying as loose as possible is good, don’t ball your fists, and relax your body so your not so tight. And you will be less sore after too! I find I was running very tight for a long time. Hope this helps a little!!

For running tips: The best is to start with run-walks. Running 5kms from 0 is risky. I won't say you aren't capable bc you are but it's not good for your joints and ligaments (I'm saying this with no right side ligament in my right knee due to a sportaccident). If you really want to run 5kms try to run on softer ground (don't know how to say it in english)...like not on concrete and stuff like that😆 I also recommend to take collagen. And a good warmup is key (dynamic)!

Love your vlogs so much! For the running tip, I feel like no one tells you that "the power comes from your butt". When you concentrate on the "muscle-mind" connection, you feel your glutes more, your posture is better and you will be able to run for longer.

I saw Anna Archer saying that to improve your cardiovascular endurance whilst running so you can be better at running further, you need to run *really* slow in a heart rate zone that’s aerobic, so it feels like you’re not out of breath at all. Apparently running too fast won’t help you run further xx ❤

One tip I have for running is to download a specific running app, you can get ones with a "coach" that will help you to keep track of your pace and give you tips to increase your distance each time. Nike have one with really good ratings and reviews, I also think this would help to make it a lot more fun. 😂💕

Run slower for longer :) the aim is to build up your aerobic endurance so that you can run for longer with a lower heart rate, then as you get faster you try to keep your heart rate low. The speed will come with time
