I think that if you go with the darker rug, your black coffee table may disappear against it. You may or may not want that effect. If you’re planning on replacing the coffee table anyway, then not an issue. Happy Thanksgiving!

Hi I like the dark carpet but I think your tables will disappear. Have you thought about a Chinese carved pattern area carpet, you can get them in natural tones and it would add a subtle pattern to the room. Enjoy your family time.

You should be very proud of yourself to be 26% BF; that’s not easy. Go you!!!! I’m totally with you. I couldn’t care less what I weigh; I want to be lean. Don't freak out Michele! It'll be ok and remember to just enjoy your extended family! Edit: I wonder what a Dexascan would reveal to me? I know I have too much visceral fat. I’m only 5’0” and weigh 145 so not so good. But it would be a kick in the butt to see numbers in black and white.

I also have been on a HUGE health journey for 2.5 years, and am INTERESTED in getting one, but fear it will make me fixate on things that I am not currently fixated on, LOL!
