I feel you about dinner time! Try family style at dinner. Placing all options in the middle and letting him pick. It makes them feel like they are making the decision on what to eat when in reality you’ve chosen all the healthy option that he gets to chose from. Win win babes! Wise words from the Nanny 😊

Don't stress they get there eventually. My 5 year old eats everything now. At 3 he wouldn't even eat pasta or rice until he started daycare😊 🫠 our daycare got all the kids to eat their pumpkin soup in cups with a straw and they all loved it
