From a fellow brighton gal - Get a dehumidifier first off because honestly they're great and second If you're super keen to move (as you should be with the flies and mould lol), have your right move notifications turned on always, phone up to book a viewing as soon as you see it if you like somewhere (takes them longer to respond to emails) and sign up to email alerts, it takes timeeee but hopefully you'll find the right place!
