I'm way older than Dean. I've slept on the floor, on a cot for years, and assorted other not-perfect bed situations. I've never had back issues. I personally think just a basic 20-min yoga routine is the reason. And I don't even do it every day. But ideally, I do it pretty regularly. If my body starts feeling, er, "old," I whip out the yoga mat and get back to it. I know a lot of guys think yoga is too girlie. But honestly, that's just not, um, not very wise.

check your thyroid! Get the full panel with MOST importantly Free T3 which most doctors don't bother testing. You can order the tests online ... the full thyroid panel includes TSH, Free T3, Free T4, Reverse T3 and Anti-TPO antibodies. Also test full iron panel including Ferritin, Iron, TIBC etc. ALSO test B12 bc you can become deficient with vegan diet that happened to me and can cause permanent nerve damage. Mine was around 300 and the neurologist told me that.

When he undid that bed and said to you, you should have asked!!! That is some red flags on his selfish attitude. You need to stop relying on Influencers to talk about world tragedies. It’s not her job to discuss that and most normal people don’t watch KZbin influencers to be constantly reminded of sad current events. We want to have a place to go that is away from the negativity. Even if that's true, that doesn't take away from the fact that everyone on the planet has problems. Some have more serious problems, some have less serious problems, but everyone goes through stuff. Being "less serious" doesn't take away from the fact that it's a problem. Feel sorry for everyone who is going through something, not just the "serious" tragedies. You might have a headache, whereas someone in Africa is homeless from being orphaned at age five, with two younger siblings to take care of and no one to call on for help during a famine and a heat wave an epidemic, but I would still feel sorry that you have a headache. Problems are problems, however serious they are.
