Still recovering from my surgery over here as well and I know how you feel. I keep reminding myself that this is temporary and it will pass. I am trying to keep thinking about how I'll feel once this is all over with and trying to stay in that mindset. It still can be a sad feeling that I believe is so okay to feel those feelings. 14:48 I think you are going through a huge emotional release right now. From all the years of pent up frustration & anxiety & sadness and now that you’ve done the surgery, your body is releasing more energy that was needed. You did the frequencies and sound bowl and I think that plays a huge role and releasing negative energy and emotions. So instead of trying to heal those right then and there by doing it over again, just feel. Just sit in it and release those tears, those emotions and that negative energy babes. It’s so good for you! Releasing is the first step to healing so you are on the right path and you seeing angel numbers simultaneously is also a sign of being on the right path. Just feel those emotions out girl. You’re doing great 🩷

I’ve had 3 major surgeries on my ribs in the last 3 years and I can relate to so many of your feelings in this video. Just know it’s all normal - the ebbs and flows after surgery can last for quite awhile. Just ride the waves and stay the course. I also hate pain meds but if you’re still in pain / are struggling to sleep, maybe you should try 🍃🍁 gummies? Specifically ones that are high in CBG (reduces inflammation). They help me a lot with pain & sleep. Hang in there 🫶🏼

I think you feel this way bc you never planned on getting implants. Most girls who get this done are unhappy with their body in some way and they want the operation to make them feel better and more confident but for you it was medical necessary. I think that’s why you feel this way, you kinda got forced into this without wanted it.. idk if what I say makes sense but I would feel this way too. I hope you can calm your mind and I send you so much love and healing🦋🤍🤍
