I had the same IUD you had and it took me 6 months to finally feel completely “normal” and different than when I was on my IUD. The “fog” lifted completely more and more each week. I have never regretted getting it out!

I work at the airport it has nothing to do with delta or the people. It is the rollers and conveyer belts. All airline recommended soft luggage and not hard backed things.

Those are my favorite water flavorings because of the ingredients! No aspartame! I do wish it had some electrolytes or sodium to help aid in hydration but it’s okay. Please share if you find other good ones.
