About the vitamins, the amount of vitamins that the energy drink has is probably much lower that the vitamin pills, but i can’t say for sure, but if you think you may need some vitamins the best thing is to go to the doctor and get some blood tests, because if you don’t actually need them it could actually be bad for you to be taking them without need
