I lovedddd the part where you spoke about conviction. I’m a Christian but unfortunately not have (many) Christian friends so when I explain to my friends why I don’t do certain things anymore because I try to respect my walk with Christ they don’t get it. Or when I get to know a Christian they seem good in the beginning but later on they’re living in deep sin and don’t try to change. I truly hope that one day I will have true Christian friends, like real ones that don’t try to talk sin good, but the ones that sees sin for what it is and try their best to stay away from it. 1 Samuel 15:22 obedience is better than sacrifice. When you started talking about your dreams and conviction I was cheering you on. Because I had to go through that and get rid of that playing church mindset. Beating the clubs bad, drinking excessively and listening to vulgar music that wasn’t feeding my soul only my flesh. 1 Corinthians 6:9-10 talks about our body being a temple of the Lord so I had to change what i put into my body. Unclean food, gluttony and the way I dress. The way I carried myself was always classy but still a bit to revealing. And until I made that change then I start to see the hedge of protection over my life. So kiddo to you for being aware of your dreams and staying in tune with the word of God. Bcuz this life is real. Walking in the flesh only leads to destruction

I loved what you said about conviction. I have definitely dealt with backsliding and it is not fun. I have to pray for the Holy Spirit to return because I need that conviction back. The culture, even within the church, has definitely normalized sex in relationships, before marriage. It is really sad and I now understand why God gave us rules and told us to wait until marriage.

I love that you are listening to God. I need to do the same because he has shown me so much and trying to tell me that he is real in my dreams. I’ve had so many dreams but two stands out to me. I had a dream that I was looking over another building from an apartment and there was a man with a robe/dress and sandals just like the movies show Jesus. He was standing with his robe/dress and I was literally squinting my eyes to see his face but he would not let me. He flew from the top of the building to the inside of a window from the building to get away. Mind you, it was a high rise. Not sure what that meant lol. The other dream was that I went to lunch at work but I ended up at a church library that sold Bibles and I was there for while and never left from lunch. I believe God wants to me to tell people that he is real. He shows me signs in my dreams.
