So glad you’re back and feeling better! The hair fall may be due to telogen effluvium. When a trauma happens to the body (Covid, any virus, pregnancy, etc) your body takes the nutrients to heal your body and your hair is the last place to get the nutrients so the response is the hair falls out. This happened to me when I had a bad case of Covid and my dermatologist told me this is common after being sick or any trauma to the body.

Hey Boo ❤ Happy got back and feeling better. If you weren’t real eating when you were sick, your body lacked nutrients like your protein. That causes hair loss also. I went through that before. Also make sure your vitamin F and iron levels are good. Black girl vitamins have great supplements. I use prenatal vitamins ( no I’m not trying to get pregnant) lol but the biotin isn’t that high, I don’t want my skin to break out lol
