I’ve found it works best to take magnesium right before bed because it can cause cramping. I’m really happy you’re doing a weekly vlog and really enjoy your recommendations. I need the recipe to that salad dressing.

@@chrissstttiiinefish oil is best more bioavailable after dinner too! around 30 mins to an hour after :) but not a big deal if you can’t take the taste without food

Bose just came out with some “ultra open” earbuds that don’t go in your ear, they clip to the side of your ear and I gotta say I’m pretty tempted! I as well don’t like headphones in my ear 😂

idk if u do this already but i love yogurt for breakfast too but kefir w frozen fruit and granola in the morning.. the best it gets a froyo consistency w frozen berries ALSO eating it daily weekly makes ur hair nice and nails super strong and thick (from experience) :) also just wanted to share w ppl in the comments hehe

You could try freezing your fish oil caps. Also if you’re “one a day” is centrum, just fyi, the quality is not great so you may want to look into a diff multi. And re: the kitties, you may want to consider doing a blood titer test and if antibodies from previous vaccines are still high, you don’t have to vaccinate every year.

You should freeze your fish oil pills! My dietician told me about this trick to avoid reflux/ fishy burps. I thought it was nonsense but it worked for me. Hopefully it does for you also.

There’s fish oil pills that are no burp. I buy the Target generic brand. I think they include mint because when it does come up, it’s minty.

I think most eyewear shops will dp it but if you're in LA, go to Society of the Spectacle! I love that place. Costco is another option
